Workmode: Isaac Souweine on the importance of company culture and why startups hate meetings

Isaac Souweine joined Real Ventures as a Partner at the end of last year, before which he served as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence. He is also the General Manager of the FounderFuel accelerator. Souweine previously held leadership roles at startups like Sonder, Frank + Oak, Yahoo and Scholastic. He has long been an active mentor in the Montreal tech community, and his passion for creating great products and useful businesses is evident in everything he does.
