What is it like to be a Lead Generation Manager at Luxury Retreats? You will guide a team of Lead Generation Coordinators to meet ambitious targets within our Marketing & Portfolio Development departments. Taking a lead role in the implementation of our ambitious home acquisition strategy, your role will be vital to the expansion of our portfolio across the globe.
Think you have what it takes? Here is what you will need to deliver:
• Develop and manage a lead generation program within the Marketing & Portfolio Development departments with the goal of increasing home acquisition leads and driving new business;
• Manage a small team of Lead Generation Coordinators and track team progress building a strong pipeline of home acquisition leads;
• Optimize lead generation through various channels such as web mining, mailers, online/print, luxury magazines, LinkedIn etc.;
• Share qualified leads with appropriate Market Managers and tag qualified leads for future markets;
• Follow up with Market Managers on stale home acquisition leads and obtain feedback on unsuccessful opportunities;
• Manage a brand ambassador program by working with our hundreds of villa inspectors around the world;
• Work with Marketing to create promotional materials for targeted events around the world;
• Build referral lists for realtors, wealth managers, architects, & other peripheral services;
• Analyze and generate reports on key metrics using designated tools and software such as Tableau, Salesforce and Excel;
• Research new destinations on the growth plan to identify lead generation and marketing opportunities.
Who you are and what you’ve accomplished:
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Commerce or related field;
• 3-5 years’ management experience, preferably in a B2B marketing environment;
• A curiosity for data with proven skills in online and offline market research;
• Excellent written communication skills in English with an emphasis on tact/politeness;
• A creative thinker who is not shy to bring new ideas and processes to the table;
• Team player who can collaborate with several internal players to get a project done;
• Persistence, with particular attention to detail, speed and accuracy;
• Familiarity with common software (particularly Excel) and the ability to quickly master new systems and tools;
• Highly organized and able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
