We are looking for a Life Insurance Broker to join our growing team in Montreal. Reporting to the CEO, this person will issue and administer life insurance products directly to customers and provide industry knowledge and expertise to help drive the strategic direction of our technologies.

What you’d be doing:

• Advising the team on online content creation and new service ideas;
• Working with technology product team to help improve/build new product features;
• Successfully converting sales qualified leads into customers;
• Sourcing and developing customer referrals;
• Using a variety of tools such as video, phone and chat to perform sales;
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience;
• Maintaining NPS above mutually agreed upon target;
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English);
• Licensed life insurance broker across Canada;
• Proven direct or inside sales experience;
• Understands the challenges and opportunities of the industry;
• Excited about how the Tech space can move this industry forward;
• Based in Montreal.
