Client Relations Representative

YOUR CHALLENGE

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, focused and passionate professional who has a desire to develop long term relationships to help achieve customer satisfaction, in our demanding, fast-paced environment. You will build, engage, maintain and enhance relationships with our clients and our teams in a respectful and friendly manner. You will research and troubleshoot issues independently, and accurately track and document reported concerns. You also enjoy connecting with people by email, phone, on-line chat and in-person, and thrive to achieve the highest level of customer service. You will be:

· Working with business experts, developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve problems

· Participating in the testing of the application to replicate client issues

· Documenting required bug-fixes, feature improvement requests and enhancements

· Performing data entry tasks, and database maintenance to keep the application up to date

· Building and maintaining a knowledge base of common customer questions and answers

· Help with the translation of Carebook products from English to French

 

YOU ARE GOOD AT

· Communicating with clients, clinicians, executives, developers and all other stakeholders in a respectful, confident, and helpful manner that builds trust, understanding and credibility – and that promotes positive issue resolution

· Maintaining strong client relations and projecting a positive image as a first line support for individual clients, corporations and partners

· Working under pressure, adjusting to changing priorities and responding to urgent issues promptly

YOU HAVE

· A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent

· 3 to 5 years’ experience supporting a software application, Web/Mobile Application is a plus

· A positive and upbeat attitude and a team player

 

YOU ARE

· A self-starter and team player who works effectively autonomously with a minimal direction

· Bilingual, French and English, written and spoken (mandatory)

· You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (Organize and communicate information clearly)

· You have the ability to work in a fast-paced and start up environment
