Join us at FCP Studio for a fireside chat with Phil Barrar, founder of Mylo.

Mylo helps users accomplish their financial goals by automatically rounding up everyday purchases and investing that change.

We’ll delve into Phil’s journey over the past year building the first of it’s kind saving and investing application in Canada, and his challenges tackling a blue ocean strategy. In other words, a strategy where Mylo has differentiated itself from both traditional and FinTech saving and investing tools and apps.

Differentiators include:

+ 100% transparency, which is why Mylo is completely free, and the first to reimburse the MER fees associated with investing.

+ Leveraging new low cost robo advisor technology as a growth hack.

+ Removing barriers to customer on-boarding, resulting in a 10x customer experience. Mylo is one of the first in Canada to be able to open a brokerage account over an app, without a phone call.

Agenda:
• 5:00 - 5:30pm : Welcome & networking
• 5:30 - 6:30pm : Fireside chat
• 6:30 - 8pm : Networking

Can’t make the event in person? We will be live streaming the events starting at 5:30pm the FCP Studio Facebook page.

The fireside chat will be moderated by Jan Arp from District 3.
